Mumbai, Maharastra, India (CNST), Mar.29: A Man gets Life time Imprisonment for Raping his daughter by Mumbai Sessions court.
According to Prosecution, The man named Shahbuddin was accused for repeatedly raping his own daughter for over two years at Govandi.
The man was 44-year-old forced her daughter to get abortion and with the help of NGO she filed a case in feb. 2011.
He was also fined Rs.50,000 with Life term Imprisonment.
